These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thenetworkhealth.com (the "Site"), operated by The Network Health LLC ("The Network Health," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is informational. The Network Health is an administrative and network services organization — not a medical group. Nothing on the Site is medical advice, and using the Site does not create a physician–patient relationship. All medical care is provided by independent, licensed clinicians who exercise their own professional judgment.
The Site describes The Network Health's provider-network and administrative services for telehealth and telemedicine companies. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may describe services, capabilities, and coverage in summary form. It is not an offer, guarantee, or binding commitment.
Any services The Network Health provides to a partner are governed exclusively by a separate written services agreement between The Network Health and that partner. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed services agreement controls with respect to those services.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and, if you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other entity, that you are authorized to act on its behalf.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to The Network Health and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission. "The Network Health" and associated logos are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Network Health and its owners, members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Network Health and its owners, members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Network Health LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after any change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
